Jimmy Randall Boozer

Jacksonville - A Celebration of Life for Jimmy Randall Boozer, 72, will be Saturday, September 8, 2012, at 12 p.m. at K.L. Brown Funeral Home and Cremation Center Chapel with the Rev. Chuck Cummings officiating. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. Mr. Boozer died on Monday, September 3, 2012, at his residence. He is survived by two daughters, Lana Lea Wilborn and her husband, Gary, of Saks and Kimberly Ann Bible and her husband, Johnny, of Heflin; a son, Randy Boozer, and his wife, Donna, of Jacksonville; a brother, Jerry Boozer and his wife, Lana, of Jacksonville; six grandchildren, Janson Wilborn, Chandler Wilborn, Dillon Bible and his fiancé Morgan Pearce, Ragon Boozer, Kalie Bible, and Dayton Boozer; a great-grandchild, Ava Reese Bible; and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Boozer was a caring and humble man who loved his friends and family, especially his grandchildren. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend who loved the simple things in life. He enjoyed hearing a good joke, but would rather tell one. Mr. Boozer retired from M & H Valve and the National Guard. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Mr. Boozer was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Boozer; and his parents, Ragon and Ida Mae Boozer.
