Neal David Mulkey

Neal David Mulkey, 79, died Monday, May 2, 2016 at Regional Medical Center. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 5, 2016, at Dryden Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Wallace Higgins and the Rev. Gary Cox, officiating. Burial will follow in Old Davistown Cemetery. Visitation will be today May 4, 2016 from 5 until 7 p.m. Dryden Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Survivors include wife, Mary M. Mulkey, of Heflin; daughters, Dana Mulkey Prater, of Birmingham, Kara Mulkey Chandler, of Heflin; son, Neal David Mulkey Jr., of Heflin; brother, Euell "Buck" Mulkey, of Anniston; grandchildren, David and John Michael Mulkey, Riley And Reid Rollins, Nick Chandler and Jordan Prater, Caleigh Buchina, great-great-grandchildren, Kailyn Chandler. Neal was a native and life long resident of Cleburne County. He was a former supervisor at Spring Valley and retired from D & L Chrome in Carrollton and also from the Georgia Welcome Center.
