Paul Andrew Edwards

Paul Andrew Edwards, 93, died Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, September 11, 2017, at Dryden Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Billy Wayne Morris officiating. Burial will follow in Forestlawn Gardens. Visitation will be Monday, September 11, 2017 from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM. Dryden Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Survivors include: Daughter - Sherry Sue Edwards, Heflin, AL Son - Paul Keith Edwards, Anniston, AL Sister - Malene Roberts, Heflin, AL Grandchildren - Josh Edwards, Laurel and Andrew Harper Great Grandchildren - Della, Truman, and Drew Harper. Pallbearers will be: Tim Edwards, Buddy Edwards, Tommy Edwards, Josh Edwards, Andrew Harper, Laurel Harper and Bob Elliot. Mr. Edwards was a native of Cleburne County and lived most of his life in Calhoun County. Paul was a member and Deacon of Pine Grove Baptist Church and a member of The Kaiser Frazer Antique Car Club International. Paul was a builder, gardener, and taught his children the beauty of walking in the woods. Mr. Edwards was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Mary Sue Edwards, one sister, and four brothers.
