John- I am sorry to hear of the passing of your mother and, "Jack", your loving wife of 61 years. I have not lived in Lafayette Hill in many years, but yours is likely the same family that I knew in grade school at Lafayette Consolidated, your having lived in Westaway at the time. I wish you the comfort and peace that only God can provide at this difficult time.

I did not know your mother. Yet, I did know your mother, as my heart walks the shore line.
From what I've read, she was special, and she was blessed on many levels.
The sea sings her song. Please find comfort in that.

Jack, John et al,
As I comforted myself when my mother passed away, do not mourn her death, for that is selfish: Instead, celebrate her life, because that is what she would want.
Matt
