Anthony Grazioso Obituary

Anthony L. Grazioso, Sr.

AGE: 64 • Piscataway

Anthony L. Grazioso, Sr., 64, of Piscataway, passed away on Sunday, October 7, 2012 at Somerset Medical Center in Somerville. Born on January 31, 1948 in Jersey City to Lawrence and Catherine (Morganti) Grazioso, he moved to Piscataway in 1965. Mr. Grazioso was a truck driver with Teamsters Local 560 and was involved in the construction of the new Giants Stadium. He was very involved in coaching Piscataway Pop Warner Football, was past President of the Piscataway Little League and helped form the Piscataway Challenger League for children with special needs.

Mr. Grazioso is survived by his wife of 40 years, Patricia Grazioso of Piscataway, his two sons, Christopher Grazioso of Piscataway and Anthony L. Grazioso, Jr. and daughter-in-law, Nicole Alessi of Somerset, his granddaughter, Ashley Alessi, his mother, Catherine Grazioso of Piscataway and his sister, Patricia Grazioso and her life-long partner, Tracy Brown of Somerset and his nephew, Nicholas Grazioso-Brown. He is also survived by his five brothers-in-law and their families and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be on Wed., Oct 10th from 5 to 9pm at Piscataway Funeral Home, 18 Stelton Rd., Piscataway. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 10am at Our Lady of Fatima Church in Piscataway. Interment will follow in Lake Nelson Memorial Park in Piscataway.
