ARTHUR J. KONOP
BROOKLYN, N.Y.
Arthur J. Konop, died Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2009. He was a retired History professor at St. Francis College, Brooklyn.
He was the beloved husband of Odette (nee Ashey); devoted and loving father of Keith and wife Denise, and Scott; loving grandfather of Justene and Dale; and fond brother of Doris, Ruth, Vivian, and Linda.
Visiting will be from 7 to 9:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 8 and 2 to 4:30 p.m. and 7 to 9:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9 at the Ralph Aievoli & Son Funeral Home, 1275 65th St. (corner of 13th Avenue), Brooklyn). A Funeral Mass will be offered at 9:45 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 10 at St. Charles Borromeo Church. Interment will be in Resurrection Cemetery.
