Barbara Allocco Obituary
Holmdel - Barbara M. Allocco, 81, of Holmdel, NJ, passed away Thursday, November 22nd, at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank.
Barbara was born in Newark, NJ on August 2, 1937 to the late Anton and Stella Boehler.
She lived in Hazlet prior to moving to Holmdel 58 years ago. Barbara worked for Celanese Corp in Newark, NJ for five years then was the Owner/Operator with her husband Peter and her son Frank of Betsy Ross Farm Market in Middletown, NJ for many years. She was a Communicant of St. Benedict's RCC, Holmdel.
Barbara is predeceased by her parents and her brother Anton Boehler and sister Dolores Donofrio. Surviving is her loving husband of 58 years Peter Allocco, her cherished son and his wife Frank and Rebekah and cherished granddaughter Lillian Rose Allocco. Also surviving is her cherished sister in law Rachel Allocco and many niece's and nephew's. She will be fondly remembered, and always in our hearts.
Public Viewing will be held 3 PM to 7 PM on Tuesday, November 27th at Day Funeral Home 361 Maple Place Keyport, New Jersey 07735. Family and friends will gather Wednesday morning at the funeral home at 10:30am for a 11am service at the funeral home. Interment will be at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Keyport.
