Many condolences from the Tepper family, formerly of Long Branch. I spent many hours with Charlie in high school band and my brother marched in his 'rank.' May his memory be a blessing.

I went to High school with Charlie, and although I haven't seen him since those glory days, I will always remember him as friendly, funny, outgoing, and smart. In some way, I believe his family knew my family before we met freshman year. He always had a friendly smile and something nice to say every time we met in the halls. He was loved by all of his classmates.

My condolences to his family and friends.! If he grew up to have the same traits as he had back then, I'm sure he'll be greatly missed!

April 10, 2016

It is with a great deal of sadness that we have to say farewell to our nephew Charlie. He was such a joy to know and to be with. He had a fabulous sense of humor and always left us with a smile on our faces and happiness in our hearts. We send our love to Betsy and Sam and also to his brothers and sisters. This is a void in our lives that can never be filled.
Much Love,
Uncle Sherman & Aunt Reggie
