Charles J. Napp

AGE: 75 • East Brunswick

Charles J. Napp died Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. He was 75. Born in Jersey City, he resided in Keansburg, East Brunswick and Mt. Holly before returning to East Brunswick in August, 2014. Prior to his retirement several years ago, he was a salesman in the ceramic tile business for most of his life. He proudly served his country in the US Navy. He was a communicant of St. Bartholomew RC Church, East Brunswick.

He was predeceased by two brothers, Ronald Napp and James Napp, and by a sister, Joan Hartsgrove. Surviving are his wife, June Hay Napp; two sons, Charles Jr. and his wife Emie Napp of Edison, and Peter and his wife Franchesca Napp of Little Silver; a daughter, Jill and her husband Mark Andres of East Brunswick; a sister in law, Carol Napp of Old Bridge; 4 grandchildren, Brendt, John, Kyle, and Mark; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Monday at 8:30 AM in the Rezem Funeral Home, 457 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick, followed by a 9:30 AM Mass of Christian Burial at St. Bartholomew RC Church, East Brunswick. Interment will follow at Cloverleaf Cemetery, Woodbridge. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, 4899 Belfort Road, Suite 300, Jacksonville, FL 32256. Charlie will be missed

To the family, so sorry I loved Charlie I used to perm and cut Charlie's hair when he worked in greenbrook with my friends Rob and Michelle and Mr. Decicco. He alway's made us laugh and put a smile on your face. He truly loved life and his family. Your friend Andrea Thorne.
