Claire Przedpelski, 94, passed at home on February 27, surrounded by her family. She was the beloved wife of the late Victor Przedpelski, who passed in 2005.

Claire was the life of the party, an avid polka dancer and an inspiration to all who knew her. Her childhood was spent in her beloved Garfield NJ and most of her adult life was spent in West Orange NJ, where she and Victor loved their home on Maple Avenue. She worked for the RCA company for many years, and then for the Suburban Propane Company as a senior accounting clerk, retiring at age 62. She and her husband Victor retired to Forked River and attended many special events.

Her next journey took her to the Fairways of Lakeridge, where she and husband Victor lived out their lives. They would often be seen throughout the community accompanied by their daughter, Gloria. Claire leaves behind a world of memories. She was the beloved daughter of the late Jacob and Anntoinette Klimczak, sister of the late Helen Garrido, and sister of the late Walter Klimczak. Claire is survived by her loving daughter, Gloria Lesiak and her husband Bernie, and cherished grandchildren Tom Lesiak, spouse Stephanie; Denise Chaoub, spouse Abe; and the "love of her life", great granddaughter, Leila Chaoub. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews and friends who knew her, and her beloved dog, Pixie.

Friends and family may call Friday, February 28 from 3-7 PM at the D'Elia Funeral Home, 1300 Vermont Ave., Lakewood, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 1 at 9:15 AM in St. Luke's Church in Toms River, NJ. Interment will follow at Good Luck Cemetery in Forked River, NJ.
