Clarice Kurmin Obituary
AGE: 88 • wall
Clarice "Betsy" Kurmin (nee Sievering), 88 of Wall, NJ died peacefully at home on Sunday, November 27, 2016. She was born in Montclair, NJ and summered in Lavallette. After marrying, she moved to Middletown and then Wall to raise her family. Betsy and her husband retired to Palm Beach Gardens, FL before returning again to NJ. Betsy was a homemaker who enjoyed traveling with her husband and family. She was a member of the Allaire Women's Club and a retired Teachers-Aide at Central School in Wall.
She is predeceased by her husband Robert of 57 years in 2009 and her brother Nelson F. Sievering, Jr.
Betsy is survived by her 5 children Kathi Kurmin of Wall, Bob of Bradenton, FL, David of Fraser, CO & his wife Jackie, Peter of Marshfield, MA & his wife Marie and Laura Hunt of Wall. She also leaves 14 grandchildren Cayce, Bobbi Dee, Anna, Jennifer, Sarah, Ethan, Ben, Megan, Matthew, Andrew, Hannah, Brian, Samuel, Daniel and her cherished great-grandchildren.
Family and friends are invited to gather at the Memorial Service on Saturday December 3, 2016 @ 11am St. Michael the Archangel Episcopal Church, Wall, NJ.
Donations may be made in her memory to the Alzheimer's Association, www.alz.org
