Dolores Grimm Obituary
Brick - Dolores J. Grimm (nee Shaw) 1927 - 2018, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, peacefully passed away surrounded by her family on February 11, 2018, at the wonderful age of 90 years. She is survived by her loving husband of 69 years of marriage Frederick Grimm, her loving children Frederick Grimm Jr., Robin Roman (Grimm), John Grimm and daughter-in-law Debra Grimm. She is predeceased by her beloved son Richard Grimm. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Born in Elizabeth, NJ and residing there for many years with her family, she and her husband, Frederick, eventually moved to Brick, NJ, enjoying life at the Jersey Shore and also spending many winter months and great times in Florida at their winter home. She will be sadly missed by many.
A viewing will be held at the Silverton Memorial Funeral Home, 2482 Church Rd., Toms River, on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8pm. Funeral services will be held on Thursday 11:00am at the funeral home arrive at 10:30am. Entombment will follow at Ocean County Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations may be made to the Alzheimer's foundation. www.silvertonmemorial.com.
