Elizabeth "Betty" (Beauregard) Biederstadt died Friday, October 16, 2015 at her daughter's home in Neptune City. She was 78
Born and raised in South Amboy, she was a long-time North Brunswick resident before retiring to Whiting. Betty was a scheduler for 16 years with the Rutgers Community Health Plan in New Brunswick.
Surviving is her daughter Carol Biederstadt of Neptune City and grandson Derek Biederstadt. She was predeceased by her husband Ronald A. Biederstadt Sr., and her son Ronald A. Biederstadt Jr.
A Funeral service will be held 11:00 AM, Tuesday, at Selover Funeral Home, 555 Georges Road, North Brunswick. Burial will follow in Van Liew Cemetery in North Brunswick. Friends and relatives may call at the funeral home Monday, from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM.
