God bless Frank. He was a great friend and caring, loving man. We had great days working together. He is missed and I'm so sad he's gone. Dear God, bless his beautiful wife Diane, and all his family. RIP Frank.

Frank was a wonderful neighbor, father, husband and friend. We remember the days when our neighborhood looked out for each other and helped each other out. I'd liked to believe he's sharing some marshmallows with Blackie right now in heaven. Our sincerest condolences to Diane, LynnAnn & Tara, and the rest of his family.
