Frank Capozzi Obituary

Frank passed away at Neptune Gardens, his home for the last 10 years, where he was cared for and loved by everyone who knew him.
Born in Newark, NJ, Frank graduated from West Side High School and attended Seton Hall University.
He served our Country in the Korean War followed by his 27 years of service in the Asbury Park Post Office. He delivered not only the daily mail, but many friendly conversations along his route. His sense of humor always shined through, which many will remember him for.
Frank is survived by his daughter's Michelle,Christine,and Marie as well as his brother, Ralph, brother in law, Jack, four grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed by his family and those who knew him.
Frank will be honored at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery.

Frank was my cousin´s husband. Our family loved him. He was always happy and joking around.

Frank was my mailman as a child growing up in Asbury Park. What many dont know was that when I was 9 years old (1986) my father passed away. Frank was always very friendly with my parents so the 1st Christmas after my dad passed, Frank purchased 2 models and brought them to my twin brother and I. Frank stayed and put those models together with us. He was a good man and for two little boys who were still in shock he helped ease their pain. God Bless Frank. My condolences to your family

I have such fond memories of times at Franks mothers home in Asbury Park. My sister and I went there when we were young and Frank and his brother Ralph always had music on and they were so nice and funny with us. Very happy times! Frank was a very handsome guy. Looked like a young Al Pacino. My condolences to his family.

I worked with Frank at the APPO for those years,knew him,and enjoyed his company. I wish I had known where he was these last few years,as I would have visited him. Frank was a good person. My condolences to his family.RIP Frank
