Gloria Freer Obituary
AGE: 87 • Tinton Falls
Gloria J. Freer, 87, of Tinton Falls, died Sunday, June 28, 2015 at home. She was born in Brooklyn, NY and moved to Oakhurst in 1957. She was a founding member and communicant of St. Anselm's Roman Catholic Church in Wayside.
She was predeceased by her husband, Arthur Freer in 1999; her parents, Frank and Amelia DiNapoli; her brothers and sisters, Anna, Joseph, Frank, William, Charles, and Anthony DiNapoli. Surviving are her daughter Stephanie and her husband David Burke of Brick; sister, Eleanor Rizzo; and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit from 4-7 pm on Wednesday at the Fiore Funeral Home, 236 Monmouth Road, Oakhurst. Funeral Mass will be offered at 11 am Thursday at Holy Innocents Church, 3455 W Bangs Avenue in Neptune City. Burial will follow at Atlantic View Cemetery in Manasquan. Condolences on the passing of your mom. Gloria and her sister Eleanor attended the same Sunday mass at St. Anselm as did my family and were friends of my parents, John & Kate DeRespiris. A great lady! Gloria will truly be missed by those who knew her.
