Harry R. Stevens, age 71, passed away on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at the home of his sister surrounded by his loving family after a brief Illness. He was a long-time resident of Barnegat.

Harry was born on September 11, 1946 in West Coxsackie, NY. He was the son of Edward W. Stevens and Catherine J. Russell Stevens. He graduated from Coxsackie Athens Central High School in 1965. He was Board Certified Technician by the American Association for Respiratory Therapy. He received his license from the State of New Jersey, State Board of Respiratory Care. He retired after 35 years as a Respirtory Therapist at NY, NJ and TX hospitals. Hobbies included golf, shooting pool, fishing, hunting and wood working. He enjoyed collecting Native American memorabilia.

Survived by his daughter Suzanne (Bialek) Hoban, three grandchildren, Michael Hoban, Patrick Hoban, I V and Sean Juliet Kalnick of Roxbury Township, New Jersey. Also, four brothers and four sisters, three Aunts and a host of loving nieces, nephews and cousins. He preleased by his parents, Edward and Catherine Stevens, his older brother Edward W. Stevens Jr., and younger sister Christine E. Stevens.

Condolences for family and friends will be on Monday, October 9, 2017, from 12:00 until 2:30 with Christian service immediately 2:30 - 4: ooPM. At Brady's Funeral Home in Coxsackie, NY.
