James "Jimmy" M. Daly, 43, of Toms River, NJ died on Monday November 28, 2016 at his home. Jimmy was born in Jersey City, NJ and lived in Beachwood, NJ before moving to Toms River, NJ 3 years ago. He was an electrician for Grant Electric in Toms River, NJ.
Jimmy is predeceased by his father Eugene Daly, Jr. and his sister Brenda Daly Caligaris.
Surviving is his mother Mildred Daly of Toms River, NJ, his companion of 26 years Elizabeth Temperio of Toms River, NJ; his children Amber Daly of Jackson, NJ, Theresa Daly of Toms River, NJ, Jessica Daly of Toms River, NJ, James Daly, Jr. of Toms River, NJ, Kaitlyn Daly of Toms River, NJ and Madison Daly of Toms River, NJ, and one granddaughter Madeline Daly of Toms River, NJ; his siblings Sharon Smithline of Manchester, NJ, Anne Marie Simat of Cape Coral, FL, Eugene Daly III of Toms River, NJ, Christina Simmons of Bayville, NJ, Donna Daly of Brick, NJ, Joan Daly of Toms River, NJ, Patricia Daly of Toms River, NJ, Jennifer Rovneyko of Toms River, NJ, John Daly of Toms River, NJ and Kelly Anne Daly of Milford, PA.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday December 6, 2016 from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the Timothy E Ryan Home for Funerals 145 St. Catherine Blvd. Toms River, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Wednesday December 7, 2016 at 9:15am at St. Luke RC Church in Toms River, NJ. Committal will be private. Condolences may be sent by visiting www.ryan funeralhome.com.

I am very sad to find out today about Jimmy. I stumbled upon a post on Facebook today. I haven't seen him since we were kids. I lived across the street and Kelly was my best friend. God Bless his entire family. My prayers are with you.
