Jennie Dorothy Schell

AGE: 93 • Lakewood

Jennie Dorothy (nee Myron) Schell age, 93, died on January 21, 2012 at Fountain View Care Center, Lakewood, NJ. A housewife, she enjoyed life and the company of friends and family. She also enjoyed vacationing in Loveladies, NJ. She was born in Newark, NJ on February 14, 1918 to Ignatz and Balbina (Lesniak) Myron. Married to Edward Schell on February 22, 1936, they moved to Orange, NJ in 1940 and later to Lakewood, NJ in 1961.

Her three children survive her: Edward R. Schell, Barbara Flanagan (Frank) and Patricia Tenner (David). Her two granddaughters also survive her, Elizabeth and Amanda. Three siblings precede Jennie in death: Casmir Myron, Katherine Myron and Bertha Falzerano. The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to the attentive staff of Fountain View Care Center and a special "thank you" to Annabell Velez and Asia Calhoun for the special care they extended to our mother in her final days.

The family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday January 25th, 2012 from 9:30-11:00am with a 10:30am religious service at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals 705 Brewers Bridge Road Jackson, NJ 08527. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, NJ.
