I am not sure if this is the same Mrs. McGlone that taught 3rd grade. I cannot recall the name of the school, but I was living in Farmingdale N.J. at the time. This was 1986, so the timeline seems correct. If this is the same person, I am sorry to hear she passed away. I was not her model student, but she did try to reach out. I was thinking of my old teachers today, and she came to mind, so I looked her up. Rest in peace.

I'm so sorry to read of Joan's passing. I went to Peru with her back in 2005, and had a great time with her - especially sandboarding! She'll be missed.
