John Kazlauskas Obituary
AGE: 81 • Sewaren
John J. Kazlauskas, Sr. died on Sunday, April 24, 2011 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. He was 81.
Born in Scranton, PA, he resided in the Sewaren section of Woodbridge Township for over 50 years.
Mr. Kazlausakas was employed as a Mechanical Supervisor with US Metals Corporation in Carteret.
He was a communicant of Saint Anthony of Pauda Catholic Church, Port Reading; a United States Army veteran of the Korean War; and belonged to the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Mr. Kazlauskas was predeceased by his wife, Katherine Stiglich Kazlauskas, in 2007; his parents, Anthony and Mary Kazlauskas; and three brothers, Anthony, Joseph and Frank Kazlauskas.
Surviving are two sons, John J. Kazlauskas, Jr. and his wife, Mary, of Woodbridge and Andrew J. Kazlauskas and his wife, Kim, of Bound Brook; four grandchildren, Kelly Wahl and her husband, Eric, of Carteret, John J. Kazlauskas III, Justin Kazlauskas and Daniel Kazlauskas, all of Woodbridge; and a great granddaughter, Grace Addison.
Funeral services will take place on Thursday, April 28, 2011 at 8:45 a.m. from Costello-Greiner Funeral Home (www.costello-greiner.com) 44 Green Street, Woodbridge. A Funeral Liturgy will take place at 9:30 a.m. at Saint Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Port Reading. Interment will be in Saint James Cemetery, Woodbridge. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Saint Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 436 Port Reading Avenue, Port Reading, NJ 07064.

John was a great person and outstanding dad to Andy and John jr. always helping with projects of whatever magnitude. I've known Andy and the family for over 34 years from the days doing homework on their kitchen table. He will be missed by many. Cliff Holt
