KATHERINE COTGREAVE
AGE: 61 LONG BRANCH
Katherine Cotgreave, 61, of Long Branch, passed away Sunday, March 1, at the St. Barnabas Hospice and Palliative Care Center, Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. Mrs. Cotgreave was born in Tennett Square, Pa, and lived in Long Branch for many years.
She received her B.A. degree from Monmouth University in 1998 , and her M.A. from Monmouth University in 2002. She was a social worker.
Mrs. Cotgreave is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, James & Cathleen Cotgreave, Wanamassa, John Cotgreave, South Toms River; two daughters and sons-in-law, Claire & Jeffrey Larson, Tabernacle, NJ, and Amy & Joshua Diamond, Mapleshade, NJ; Her Mother, Edith Brown, West Chester, Pa.; a sister & brother-in-law, Anne & Gerard Remaley, Thornton, Pa.; a grandson, Jack Larson; and a granddaughter, Alayna Diamond.
Visitation is Wednesday, 7 to 9 PM at the Woolley Funeral Home, 10 Morrell Street at Broadway, Long Branch. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, 10AM at St. Leo's RC Church, Lincroft. The interment will follow in St. Thomas Cemetery Chester Heights, PA. Those wishing may light a candle of remembrance by visiting www.woolleyfh.com.

I extend my deepest sympathies to Kathy's family on her passing. In serving as her tax attorney for many years, I came to know her fairly well as a very earnest and empathetic person. It is a shame that her health prevented her from using her abilities and traits in her chosen field for a longer period, helping others in difficult situations.

To the Family of Kathy Cotgreave;
I am so sorry to read that Kathy passed away. I had the pleasure of working with her when she sold her house on Woolley Place in West Long Branch. She was so kind and even gave me an antique tablecloth as a gift for helping her with the sale. She spoke very highly of her children and was very generous with her time. I will say a special prayer for Kathy this evening.
