Kathleen Barry Obituary

Kathleen A. Barry

AGE: 46 • Howell

Kathleen A. Barry, 46, of Howell, passed peacefully to eternal rest too soon and too young on Wednesday, July 16, 2014. Kathy was born in the Bronx, NY where she made and enjoyed many childhood friends in St. Brendan's Parish. Her parents moved to Manalapan in 1984 where she graduated from Manalapan High School. She was a loyal employee of the U.S. Postal Service for 27 years. Kathy loved the Yankees and attending Yankee games. Kathy loved her two cats, Max and Angel. She dearly loved and was loved by her nieces and nephews, Justin, Isabella, Kayla and Ethan. She is dearly loved and survived by her parents, Jean and Edward; and her brothers, Edward and his wife, Esperanza, Daniel and his wife Nanda, and Matthew and his friend, Steffany. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins too numerous to name. Kathy was a good soul with a generous heart and an infectious laugh that made her loved by all who met her. It is with great pain and heartache and tears that we all say "GOODBYE KATHY".

Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, July 18, 2014 at Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township. Relatives and friends may gather at 8:15 a.m. Saturday, July 19, 2014 at the funeral home for the procession to her 9:30 a.m. Funeral Mass at the Church of St. Veronica, 4215 U.S. Highway 9, Howell. Interment will be at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Cemetery, 299 Freehold-Englishtown Road, Freehold Township. May you see God's light on the path ahead
When the road you walk is dark.
May you always hear,
Even in your hour of sorrow,
The gentle singing of the lark.
When times are hard may hardness
Never turn your heart to stone,
May you always remember
when the shadows fall—
You do not walk alone.

So sorry for your loss!
