MARGARET C. HOGAN
AGE: 92 FORDS
Margaret C. Hogan, 92, of Fords died on Tuesday, May 19, 2009 at Barbara E. Cheung Memorial Hospital in Edison. She was born in Jersey City and has resided in Fords for the past thirty-five years. She was a secretary with Eastern Railroads in NYC for more than ten years retiring in 1983. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Peace R.C. Church in Fords. She was a member of the Fords and Keasbey senior citizens.
Margaret is predeceased by her husband, John in 1996; daughter, Dorothy Hurley, in 2008. She is survived by her son, John J. and his wife, Kathleen of Woodbridge; daughter, Joanne Hufford and her husband, Gerard of Colonia; sister, Mary Conmy of Fords; a son-in-law, Daniel Hurley; four grandchildren, Daniel Hurley of Duluth, Minn., Valerie deLeon and her husband, Robert, Melissa, and Stephanie Hufford all of Colonia; two great grandchildren, Jessica and Brendan Hurley.
Funeral services will be held at 8:30 a.m. Friday, May 22 from Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords, followed by a 9 a.m. funeral Liturgy at Our Lady of Peace R.C. Church. Entombment will follow at Woodbridge Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, May 21, with the The Fords and Keasbey Senior Citizens paying their respects at 3:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
