Mark Eulner Obituary
AGE: 46 • Little Silver
Mark J. Eulner, 46, a lifelong resident of Little Silver, passed away at home on December 20, 2011. Mark was a stock broker with Wagner Stott & Co. NYC. He was a communicant of Church of the Nativity, Fair Haven. He attended Old Dominion University in Virginia and was an avid NY Mets fan.
Mark is survived by his sons; Mark and Michael and their mother Kimberly Doran Eulner of Shrewsbury, his parents; Bernadette M. (McStravog) and Francis J. Eulner of Little Silver, brothers; Frank E. and wife Barbara of Pinole, CA, Paul M. and wife Michele of Union Beach and Peter J. of Long Branch and nephews; Weston, Evan, Paul "PJ" and Matthew.
A visitation will take place Friday 12/23/11 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9pm at the John E. Day Funeral Home, 85 Riverside Avenue, Red Bank, NJ 07701. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday, December 24th at 10am at Church of the Nativity, 180 Ridge Rd, Fair Haven, NJ 07704 Interment will follow at Fair View Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Mark "Garp" Eulner Memorial Fund to benefit his sons' education would be appreciated - PO Box 418 Little Silver NJ 07739 C/O Kim Eulner. What can I say , Mark and I were inseparable in my first 7 years on the street. We laughed often and were always positive . Wouldnt trade those times for most.
He had a huge heart to go along with that HUGE NOGGIN ( inside joke between our crew )
He wouldnt want us to mourn his loss , he'd rather us remember the laughs.

Mark was such a funny, smart boy; I remember him riding around Little Silver always laughing and smiling. He is from a great family and my thoughts and deepest condolences are with all of you.

I haven't seen Mark since 2004 and he had a joy in his heart and a smile and laugh that were infectious. I know if I'd have the good fortune see him now the hug and smile and best of all, laugh; would be just as big.
To the Eulner family, my deepest condolences to you at this difficult time. Mark was an angel on Earth, he'd give you anything he had. Now we have a Super Angel giving us his all, watching from above.

Dear Mr. and Mrs Eulner and family, I was saddened and shocked to hear of Marks passing. I'm so sorry for your loss. The last time I saw Mark was at a Giants game last year, I just bumped into him in the stadium. He looked very happy and I'm glad that's how I will remember him. My prayers are with you all.

I am sorry that I missed the viewing. I have not seen these boys since they were very young and they would often come up to the choir loft at St. James, where they would visit me during one of the Saturday evening masses. I also remember Peter some years later when I became the music director at Holy Cross Parish, where he attended school.
I want to wish the entire Eulner families my very sincere sympathies. This is a difficult time of year, so you must all come closer together.

To Mr. and Mrs Eulner, Kim, Mark and Michael, and extended family..It was with much sadness that we heard of Garps passing.We only came to know him through the great parties thrown at Kim and Garps annual Haskell events.We became very good friends through those great days. I am so sorry for your sudden loss. Mark always brought a smile to my face the way he loved to be around his boys when they were playing sports. He loved to talk baseball and couldn't wait to go to Cooperstown this summer. The Hurricane family will miss him. I am truely saddened and I will miss his handshake and his loyal smile.

People pass thorugh your life every day. Most you never remember. Some you never forget. Mark took me under his wing when I first landed on Wall Street.
