I just recently learned this sad news and while I know I am late to do so, I wanted to express my most sincere condolences to Marouns family and friends. Maroun was my manager while I was a co-op at J&J. I only had the privilege of working with him for a few months yet he inspired me enormously even in that short time I knew him. He consistently showed me what it means to be a dedicated leader and mentor. His positivity, humor and genuine care for people and community are something that myself and all who knew him will miss but never forget.

If anyone is ever in the area a 13th and Franklin you are more than welcome to stop by the house. We were more than welcome you. You all are family. We are all connected through a tragedy. But he wouldn't want us dwelling on his death. I didn't know him. When I had arrived it was too late and I was only 5 seconds after the crash. His family and friends I send my condolences to all of you. And to marouns mother your son was a precious gift from God. Through these comments you can see the light that he's shined on the people around him. Thank you for making him so precious. And thank you all for letting me get to know him through all of you. Every single comment made me cry. He have such an impact on people in this world. They say it's a small world but he sure filled it with love and happiness. He will continue to do this as a guardian to all of you.

Maroun was leadership at its best. Maroun knew how to get the best out of his people, he worked with them to get it right, he gave them a purpose and let them shine. Maroun had the will and resolve to bring its best to the company and developing its people. His work, confidence, passion and commitment, corporate citizenship were energizing. Maroun taught his team that we're here to make a positive impact. I never knew what true leadership meant until I worked for Maroun. Each day I worked for Maroun I was reminded how special he was. And I will terribly miss that every single day.

Maroun was just a really, really good person, and he made me want to be a better person. He'd persuade me to sign up for volunteer activities at J&J with him, blood drives, charity 5Ks and bike races, and always reminded me that family is so important in life. He truly was an amazing person - My heart goes out to the Khater Family. You are in my prayers.

Oh why did God take Maroun home so soon as he was still making his way ernestly through this flawed world on earth? We certainly still need his leadership, passion, and energy to make our world better.

Well our world certainly is better today because of how Maroun instilled strong ethics and energy in many individuals through his leadership and extending his personal goals to include developing many individuals for our greater good.

Maroun now has higher challenges in heaven as he helps tutor our Angels how to be our protective guardians and continusly watch over his family, friends, colleagues, and certanily many individuals will still benefit from his compassion and desire to guide us in the right direction, while still enjoying much laughter with us.

Too soon gone my friend. Proud to have the opportunity to know you, Maroun...until we meet again..

Maroun was one of the best people I have ever known. He was my colleague but also a very great friend. Of course he was an amazingly caring person who treated everyone as family, but the thing I will always remember as the best part about Maroun was his big smile and phenomenal sense of humor. He always brought some laughter to every situation and I'm left with so many fond memories and moments of pure hilarity. I will cherish those memories forever and I will never forget my friend Maroun. For those grieving as I am, please find a moment of solace by recalling a time that Maroun made you smile or break out into full on histerics as I am sure you can think of many. May you Rest In Peace Maroun. We will miss you terribly.

My condolences to the Khater family! Maroun's desk was just a few feet away from mine at the office and it still feels unreal not to see him sitting there. It has been an absolute honor to work with him and witness his dedication over the years. He will be missed very much!

I met Maroun when he first came to JNJ and I thought to myself how proud his mother and father must be that they have such a wonderful son and I am sure through the years he has made his parents even more proud. My deepest sympathies to the Khater Family and may GOD bring you peace of mind and wonderful memories of your beloved son.
