MARY K. PALMERE
SPRING LAKE HEIGHTS
Mary K. Palmere of Spring Lake Heights, entered into eternal life on Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2009, at Waterford Glen, Wall. Born in Morris Plains, she lived in South Orange before coming to Spring Lake Heights 30 years ago. Mrs. Palmere was a beautician at Palmere's Beauty Salon in South Orange, which she owned and operated along with her beloved husband, John. She was a member of Deborah Hospital Foundation and was also active in many social groups at St. Catharine's and St. Denis Churches.
She was predeceased by her husband, John A. Palmere. She is survived by her daughters, Barbara Buono and Sharon Brown. She also leaves her grandchildren, Dean, Chris, Lee and Cynthia Buono, Gretchen Piskura, Kristin Mayne, Tiffany Brown; and her great-grandchildren, Luke and Sofia Piskura.
Internment is private. In lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be made to Hospice Hawaii, c/o Gretchen Piskura, 860 Iwilei Road, Honolulu, HI 96817. Arrangements were made by O'Brien Funeral Home, Wall.
