I had the pleasure of working with Mike since 2015. I only had the pleasure of knowing him via phone calls, always a pleasure and very kind person. I was shock hearing this news from Mike's wife Lindsay yesterday afternoon and still all of us here at USAP are sadden to hear this news. He will be dearly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with Lindsay, Gianna, Mikes parents, sister, brother and all of Mikes family and friends.
My deepest condolences to you all

Mike was such a sweet and caring man. He was so knowledgeable and was always eager to share that knowledge with anyone who asked for his advice. I always looked forward to seeing him and Lindsay at the store and I always felt that I was in good hands. Mike was an inspiration for many people and he will be sorely missed. My heart breaks for Lindsay and little Gianna. My thoughts and prayers are with them during this difficult time.

Michael was a great person who would always have a smile on his face. I went to school with Mike and later would always shop at his store. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was always friendly to my kids. He will be truly missed. My heart goes out to Lindsay and their daughter. RIP Michael.

I have had the honor of knowing Mike for the past eight years ,He was not only my nutritional advisor but my advice coach , he would be sarcastic when I didn't follow thru with the plan or if I second guessed myself for a show. If I went into the store and Mike felt he didn't give me enough of his attention, I would get a text around 9 or 10 pm apologizing , that's the kind of guy Mike was, I will miss the not only the talks
about training and nutrition but both our personal lives as well . When I got the call of his passing from Robert Samborsky I lost it , that's the impact Mike had on people, My thoughts immediately went to Gianna and will she ever really know what a great man her father was and how much he loved them both and how much he sacrificed for them . I will dedicate my next two qualifiers to Mike he deserved that for the time he invested in me . He will always be in my thoughts and prayers
as well as his family, rest in peace Mike .
Our loss is heavens gain !
