Lynn and Lance and everyone else who knew and loved Norm (and Cathy, too).....
Norm was affectionately known during life among his friends not only as The Fenceman but also as "The late Norman Blake".....never on time but always worth waiting for.
He added so much joy to the lives of so many whether as a brother mason, as a fishing buddy (never said no to a request to get on the water). as a party guy (especially if bloody marys were served) or just as a friend that couldn't do enough to help and to show his love for the world.
There are just too many ways in which Norm should be remembered but not nearly enough words to express the appreciation and affection that the world held for him. His memory will be treasured along with Cathy and the true joy they brought into the lives of all who knew them. We are all so much richer in spirit and fond memories because of all that they both gave us......love of each other, love of family, love of God, love of life, love of friends and even strangers. They share each other's affection still in one of those "houses not made with hands". Peace Be With You good friends.

We are so deeply sorry for your loss. We also have wonderful memories from all of the many gatherings with the family. Even my husband Anthony remembers how much fun he had with Norman in the Limo one day when he had the great opportunity to be with him and get to know him more. May the love of God, family, and friends help you through these difficult times.
