Patricia Marie Kurmin, 79 of Wall passed away on August 4, 2017 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune with her family by her side. Pat was born in Point Pleasant, raised in Lavallette and moved to Wall in 1970. She was an accomplished pianist who began taking lessons at the age of three. She resided in Michigan while her husband attended architectural school, and she taught elementary school and piano. Pat was a graduate of Georgian Court College and a teacher at St. Catharine's grammar school and retired as the Office Manager at Kurmin Architects. She was a communicant of St. Catharine's Church, Spring Lake, NJ. Pat crocheted many blankets and hats for family, friends and premature babies throughout the area, and she loved to cook and spend time with her family and friends.

Pat was predeceased by her parents Frank and Concetta Cericola, Sr. and her brother Frank Cericola, Jr. and sister Melba Rita Cericola. She is survived by her husband of 56 years Arnold Kurmin of Wall; her children Robin (Allan) Stacy of Wall, Kimberly (John) Maslak of Robbinsville, NJ, Kelly McGuire of Guilford, CT and Christopher (Laura) Kurmin of Brick. Pat is also survived by her 10 cherished grandchildren Tyler, Lana, and Kayla Stacy; Sofia and Grace Maslak; Connor, Kendra, and Camryn McGuire; Riley and Ryan Kurmin; a brother Robert Cericola of Lavallette, NJ.

Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Monday, August 7, 2017 from 4-8 pm at Orender Family Home for Funerals 2643 Old Bridge Road Manasquan, NJ 08736. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 am at St. Catharine's Church on Tuesday August 8, 2017 with interment to follow at St. Anne's Cemetery, Wall.
