AGE: 64 • Toms River
Patricia J. Mongiardini, age 64, of Toms River, passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at her home, after a 4 year battle with ALS.
Born in Manhattan, NY, Mrs. Mongiardini moved to Toms River in 1984.
She was predeceased by her parents, John and Lillian O'Leary and her siblings, John and Thomas. She is survived by her husband Harold Mongiardini; children, Lynn, Michael and Matthew Mongiardini, and Matthew's fiancé, Jillian; grandson, Luciano Mongiardini; siblings, Janice Papst, and her husband, Fred, Joan Ciccotto, and her husband, Tony and Bobby O'Leary.
PLEASE NOTE THE UPDATED DATE AND TIME: A memorial mass will now be held on Tuesday, Dec 6th at 9:30AM at St. Justin's RC Church, 975 Fischer Blvd, Toms River. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Joan Dancy and PALS Foundation 1 Riverview Plaza P.O. Box 8157, Red Bank, NJ 07701.
