Patricia J. O'Brien (nee Luciano), 85, of Lavallette, NJ died on Tuesday July 21, 2015 at Community Medical Center in Toms River, NJ. Patricia was born in Newark, NJ and lived in Livingston, NJ her whole life until moving to her summer home in Lavallette, NJ one month ago. She was a graduate of James Caldwell High School in Caldwell, NJ and worked as a secretary for Dr.Senft for 20 years also located in Livingston, NJ.

Patricia is predeceased by her parents Leonard and Antionette Luciano and her siblings Nicolina Luciano, Sam Luciano, Lucille Hoerrman and Beatrice Salemme.

She is survived by her loving husband William T. O'Brien; her children William T. O'Brien, Jr. and his wife Joyce of Tarpon Springs, Fl, Catherine Higgins and her husband James of Toms River, NJ and Patrick O'Brien and his wife Joan of Landing, NJ; her siblings Anthony and Leonard Luciano, Delores Freeman, Theresa Castelli, Anna Mykietyn, Janet Senft and Gloria Szumaski; her grandchildren Kelly, Ashley, Kayley, Joenell, Julia and William; her great grandchildren Harper Rose and Stephen James; Many loving in-laws, nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends on Friday July 24, 2015 from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals 995 Fischer Blvd. Toms River, NJ. A Mass of Christian burial will be offered on Saturday July 25, 2015 at 9:15am at St. Justin RC Church Toms River, NJ. Entombment will follow to Gate of Heaven Cemetery East Hanover, NJ.
