Wow!
It is ten years since Paul died. I remember him very well, when the two of us were in middle school together at St. Joseph's school in Carteret, NJ. We were the best of friends for a few years. He was a Cardinal fan and I was a Cub fan. We went to a few baseball games together in New York City. He was a great person. We each went to different high schools and we drifted apart. When I think of Paul, I think of happy memories.

Paul and I were the best of friends for about two to three years when we were together at St. Joseph's grade school in Carteret NJ, from 1950-1953. We almost connected again a couple of times later in life, but our lives went separate ways. He was my hero in sports. We loved to talk sports about his favorite Stan Musial. I had my favorite Cub players. We went to baseball games in New York during our HS days in Ebbets Field and old Polo Grounds. Those were the happy days of my young life. I wish that he was still around to talk sports with.

He saved my life as I was swimming back around 1950. He was my best friend when we were in junior high in St. joseph's school in Carteret NJ

My deepest sympathy to Paul's family. His passing was a shock and a loss to his former Carteret High School classmates, class of 1957. Paul did a fabulous job in creating and updating our CHS blogsite. He was a master at restoring old films and photos.
Rest In Peace, Paul.
