Pauline R. Gregory, age 93, of 17th Ave, Wall, NJ and formerly of Glen Lyon, PA died at home on Sunday, Sept. 16, 2012. She was born in Glen Lyon on June 22, 1919, the daughter of the late Frank and Rose (Wojciehowski) Strzalka. She was a lifetime resident of Glen Lyon, PA where she graduated from the Newport Twp. High School, class of 1937. Pauline also attended Penn State University, College Misericordia and then graduated from the Wilkes Barre Business College, Wilkes Barre, PA. She was employed by Nanticoke State Hospital, Nanticoke, PA as a Payroll Supervisor. She was a member of Holy Spirit Parish, Glen Lyon, PA.

Preceding her in death was her husband of 48 years, Albert Gregory who expired August 18, 1988; brothers, Frank, Theodore, Chester and Edward Strzalka; sisters, Theodosia Mierzwa and Celia Halupka. Also a total of 7 half brothers and sisters preceded her in death. Surviving are sons, Paul Gregory and his wife Margaret of Lower Gwynedd, Pa, Gregory A. Gregory and his wife Ruth of Bloomsburg, PA; daughters, Christine Gregory of Edwardsville, PA and Daria Skoczylas and her husband Henry with whom she resided with in Wall, NJ. 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren survive. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday at 10:30 am from the George A. Strish, Inc. Funeral Home, 211 West Main St., Glen Lyon, PA. Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am from Holy Spirit Parish/St. Adalbert's Church, Glen Lyon, PA. Interment will be in St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Glen Lyon, PA. Friends may call on Friday from 9:30 am to 10:30 am.
