AGE: 90 BARNEGAT
Raymond A. Leahy, 90, of Barnegat passed Thursday, Sept. 23, 2010 at home. Born in Guttenberg, he is a US Army veteran of WWII. Formerly of North Bergen, he moved to Barnegat 24 years ago.
Predeceased by 6 brothers, David, Vincent, Joseph, James, Jerry, Thomas Leahy and a sister, Regina Snyder, he is survived by his beloved wife of 61 years, Ellen Marie (Barker); 3 sons, Thomas R., Raymond R., Kevin K. Leahy; a daughter, Lou Ann E. Leahy; a brother, Robert Leahy; a sister, Helen Miller; 10 grandchildren, Shannon, Kerri, Kyle, Skylar, Erin, Kristy, Keith, Ryan, Rachel, Jessica; 2 grt. grandchildren.
Viewing Sunday 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 PM at Barnegat Funeral Home, 841 W. Bay Ave., Barnegat. Interment Monday at Bg. Gen. Wm. C. Doyle Vet. Mem. Cem., Arneytown.
