RICHARD CONFORTI
AGE: 97 TOMS RIVER
Richard Conforti, 97, of Toms River, died on Friday, January 1, 2010, at the Van Dyke Hospice in Toms River. He was born on April 3, 1912, to Pietro and Linnia Conforti in New York City.
Mr. Conforti was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend. He was predeceased by his wife Lena in 2000 and is survived by his four children; Richard Conforti of Toms River, Dr. Jeffrey Conforti of Franklin Lakes, Linda Agro of Atlanta, GA and Gloria Stohrer of Brick.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, Jan. 4, 2010 at 10:30AM at the St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church in Toms River. Entombment to follow in St. Joseph Cemetery Mausoleum in Toms River. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the John Theurer Cancer Center at Hackensack University Medical Center, 30 Prospect Ave., Hackensack, NJ 07601.

I took care of Richard in the hospital when he was brought to the ICU. Although I didnt get to know him due to his condition, I can only assume with certainty that he was a wonderful man. He was surrounded by a very loving and devoted family around the clock. My deepest sympathy to your family. Jennifer
