RITA L. BONITO
AGE: 89 LAKEWOOD
Rita L. Bonito, 89, of Lakewood, died Wednesday, Sept. 29, 2010, at Ocean Medical Center, Brick. She was born in Jersey City and lived in Secaucus before moving to Lakewood in 1989. Mrs. Bonito was a communicant of St. Dominic' Church, Brick and a member of the Womens Club in Princeton Commons, Brick.
She was predeceased by her husband, Wilson A. Bonito, in 2006. Surviving are two sons, Arthur J. Bonito, Lake Hopatcong, and Daniel Bonito of Point Pleasant; a daughter, Carol Ross, Old Tappan, N.Y.; and five grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 3 at Colonial Funeral Home, 2170 Highway 88, Brick. A funeral mass will be held 9 a.m. Monday, Oct. 4 at St. Dominic's R.C. Church, Brick. Burial will follow at Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Meridian Hospice.
