Robert Berlinski Obituary
AGE: 83 • Bayville
Robert J. Berlinski, 83, of Bayville, died peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on June 3, 2017. He was born and raised in Linden before moving to Bayville in 2009. Mr. Berlinski was a Captain with the Linden Fire department with 31 years of dedicated service to his community. He had been decorated many times for his diligent service throughout his career. He proudly served his country in the US Navy, serving aboard the USS Coral Sea and the USS Glacier Ice Breaker. Also, Robert played semi-professional football with the Linden Athletic Club. He had been predeceased by his three sisters, Margaret, Wanda and Florence.
Surviving are; his wife of 58 years Cora; four children, Robert Jr. and his wife Mary, Diane Halo and her husband George, Anthony and his wife Joyce and Daniel and his wife Bonnie; three siblings, Catherine Gonska, William Berlinski, Jr. and Lawrence Berlinski and his wife Frances; also surviving are sixteen Grandchildren.
Visiting hours will be 6pm to 9pm on Wednesday, June 7th, 2017 at the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd, Bayville, NJ 08721. Funeral will be Thursday, 8:00am at the funeral home before celebrating a 9:30am Mass at St. Pius Church in Forked River. Burial will follow at the B. G. William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Wrightstown.

Hi Grandpa it´s been awhile! I´m sorry Life has been busy, like you always used to say. You used to always get the Family together and make hosting a party at your House with Grandma always so much fun! Well Life has definitely been busy, especially with My Husband Frankie and my three StepDaughters! I miss you every single day, and I am always happy to see you visit me in my dreams still. I Love you to the ends of the world and think about you all the time!
