AGE: 84 • Silver Beach
Robert J. Lahiere, age 84, of Silver Beach, NJ, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 1, 2017 at his home.
Born in Princeton, Mr. Lahiere lived in Trenton prior to relocating to the shore 17 years ago. He was a pipefitter and worked for the Plumbers and Pipefitters Union Local 9 in Englishtown.
He was predeceased by his parents, Rene Lahiere and Sara Hartpence. Surviving is his loving wife of 46 years, Millie Harcar Lahiere and many loving nieces and nephews.
Cremation was private and entrusted to Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River. A memorial gathering to celebrate Robert's life will be held 11:00 AM on Friday, June 2, 2017 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 100 Grant Avenue, Seaside Heights, NJ. Memorial contributions may be made to Holy Redeemer Home Care, 1228 Route 37 West #6, Toms River, NJ 08755.
