AGE: 53 • South Amboy
Robert "Bobby" Quinn, 53, of South Amboy, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 21, 2013 at Bayshore Hospital in Holmdel. He was born in Staten Island and worked as a longshoreman at Maher Terminals in Port Elizabeth. He was an extremely hardworking man and took care of his family in any way possible. Bobby was always putting others before himself. He taught and loved his entire family dearly and significantly touched the lives of each and every person who was blessed to have known him. He was kind hearted, had a great sense of humor and loved and lived life to the fullest. Bobby was a good soul and a one of a kind man. He was a fighter and a survivor. He was an amazing husband, loving father and the best grandfather, and will be deeply missed.
Bobby leaves behind to carry on his legacy, his best friend and wife whom he married in 1999, Kathleen Quinn; daughters Kathleen Conrad-Middlecoop and husband Anthony, Lisa Conrad-Graf and fiance Jerry Gizzarelli, Vicki Christensen, Jillian Christensen and Christina Fales; grandchildren Lauren Monte, Anthony Monte, Logan Middlecoop, Alyssa Middlecoop, Alyson Graf and Katelyn Graf; mother Carol Mayernik; brothers Eddie Quinn and wife Margie and Donnie Quinn and wife Susan; sister Carol D'Angelo and husband Michael; nieces Dawn Naumczyk and husband Alex, Debbie Hansen, Abigail D'Angelo, Jamie Lutz, Amanda Quinn and Daisy Quinn; nephew Stephen D'Angelo as well as several great nieces, nephews and friends.
Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, June 26, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Waitt Funeral Home, 501 Hwy 79, Morganville NJ 07751. A Funeral Service will take place at the Funeral Home on Thursday, June 27, 2013 at 10am. Bobby will be laid to rest at Marlboro Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in his name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105. He was some one u can talk to or get help from any time . My heart go out to him and the hold Quinn family. I know the C word is hard on all of us and how it take loved ones from us .I just wish and hope some day we will never hear this c word any more and stop takeing our loved one bobby u will be missed love to the family
