Rosemarie Podolsky, 67, of Jackson Twp., NJ passed away on Thursday, January 5, 2012, at home. Rosemarie was born in Red Bank, NJ and has resided in Jackson Twp, for the past 26 years. Rosemarie was employed as a Bookkeeper for Murphy Realtors in Red Bank, NJ before her retirement in 2007. She was a communicant of St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church in Jackson Twp., NJ. Rosemarie was a "Platoon Mom" and a dedicated supporter of our United States Military Troops.
She was predeceased by her Parents, Samuel & Anna Citarella. She is survived by her Husband of 34 years, Gary Podolsky; her Sons, Gary Podolsky, Jr. of Howell, NJ and Kenneth Stone of Matawan, NJ; her Daughter, Denise Stone of Vineland, NJ; her Sister, Judy Vinci of Rumson, NJ; her Mother-in-law, Marink Podosky of Matawan, NJ and her 7 Grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her visitation from 2-7 PM on Saturday, January 7, 2012, with her funeral service at 4:30 PM, at THE GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ 08527(732)364-6808. A private cremation will follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Rosemarie's memory to the Jackson Mills Vol. Fire Company, Station 54, P.O. Box 465B, Jackson Twp., NJ 08527, or to the Alzheimer's Association, New Jersey Chapter, 400 Morris Ave., Suite 251, Denville, NJ 07834-1365, and would be greatly appreciated.
