To Aunt Ann, Cookie, Lizzie, Sammy and Joey. We understand what you are going through, and you are in our thoughts and prayers. Uncle Sammy was a wonderful man, and he will never be forgotten. He was a beloved husband, father, brother, grandfather, uncle, and friend. He was a stand-up guy. His family meant everything to him. You will never find a personality like his. He was a great dancer, a comedian, and pool player. Uncle Sammy, could show anyone up in pool, it was his game! The memories he gave us, will never fade away. From his Superbowl parties, to playing horse shoes in the back of Ruthie's yard. If you ever needed anything like, a place to stay, or someone to talk to, he was there. He would give you the shirt of his back if you needed it. "If tears could build a stairway and thoughts a memory lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again." You will be dearly missed, and always in our hearts. You will always be The World's Best Uncle. Love always, Your nephew Sammy & Kay, & family.

Aunt Ann,Cookie,Lizzie,Sammy&Joey- We are praying for all of you during this difficult time & know that God is giving you strength. Uncle Sammy was very special to us & the great memories will keep him forever in our hearts. As we leave behind the old year & start a new year,Uncle Sammy also leaves the old & starts a new life with eternal celebration together with his parents, brothers, sisters & others that have gone before us. "We are confident, well pleased, rather,to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord." 2 Corinthians 5:8 Uncle Sammy was always telling jokes & we imagine him asking God, "How about my NY Jets? Can you get them to the Super Bowl next year?" And the Lord replies, "You're joking right?" We love you,Angel, Carmen&Gabriel

Chet and I want to offer our sincere sympathy to all of you. Even though we've been out of Union Beach since 1980, we often reminisce of the people we knew in Union Beach. You are in our prayers.

One of my favorite memories is sitting at the pool watching Sam and Jeff, with Miller Lites in their hands, talk about everything and anything. Laughing, joking, and acting like the big kids they were. Hey, Sam, will you see what you can do about the JETS next year? They need all the help they can get. GO JETS! Cathy Linta and Jeff Leader
