Selma Meyer Oeffner, 104, of Brick, died peacefully in her sleep on Sunday, March 8, 2015, at Willow Springs Healthcare Center in Brick. Selma was born and previously lived in Union City before moving to Greenbriar, Brick in 1973. She was a member of the Greenbriar's Service Club. Selma was employed as a textile marketing manager at E.I. DuPont in New York City before retiring in 1973 after 32 years.
Selma was predeceased by her loving husband of 53 years, Herbert in 1996. Selma is survived by her niece, Margaret M. Jennings and her husband Chip of Hamburg; nephew, Charles H. Meyers, Jr. of Monmouth Beach; grandniece, Karen Remy and her husband Gary of Park City, Utah; grandnephew, Michael Jennings and his wife Patti of Woodcliff Lake.
