Stephen Eckhardt Obituary
Forked River - Stephen Eckhardt, of Forked River, passed away on Sunday, August 19, 2018. He was 83.
Stephen was born in 1935 in Budapest, Hungary to Stephen Eckhardt Sr. and Maria Molnar. He was raised in Linz, Austria and spent time in Salzburg before coming to the United States in the late 50's. He was employed for 40 years as a systems analyst in New York for CIBA-Geigy.
Stephen is survived by his sons, Thomas, Richard and Paul Eckhardt; his daughter, Rachel Eckhardt; Daughter-in-law Laura Eckhardt; and his grandchildren, Bryanna, Kristina and Steven Eckhardt.
A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00pm on Monday, August 27, 2018 at the Community Christian Church, 541 Liberty Way, Lanoka Harbor, NJ 08734. Donations can be made to the Popcorn Park Zoo, 1 Humane Way, Forked River, NJ 08731 in memory of Stephen.
