Theresa Sica Obituary
AGE: 46 • Jackson Twp.
Theresa Ann Parks Sica, 46, of Jackson Township, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 15, 2013 at home, after a long battle with breast cancer. Born in Queens, New York she resided in Jackson Township for the past thirty-eight years. Mrs. Sica was employed by the Jackson Township Board of Education for the past four months. She was formerly employed as a trainer at Gold's Gym in Howell and Point Pleasant, NJ, and the YMCA of Western Monmouth County, NJ.
Theresa is survived by her loving husband, Barry C. Sica; a son, Grant Dykeman; two daughters and a son-in-law, Nikki and Rene Alvarado; three step-sons, Brian, Vincent, and Nicky Sica; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at 5:30 p.m. at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals/DeBow Chapel, 150 West Veterans Highway, Jackson, NJ. Elder Orlando Vasquez of the Jehovah Witness Kingdom Hall, Jackson Township will officiate. Family will received guests following the services until 9:00 p.m. at the Timothy E. Ryan Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the family, care of Brenna Funeral Home, 340 Hamilton Avenue, Trenton, NJ 08609. Arrangements are under the direction of Frank M. My memories of Theresa- I have very wonderful memories of her and will cherish them forever. From celebrating our birthdays, sleepovers, holidays, school dances,graduations from junior high and high school. She was my very best friend. She was such a vibrant person who always had a positive attitude. I am a better person now to have such a wonderful person in my life growing up. She will be greatly missed. I prayer for her children and mother as well as the rest of her extended family are experiencing this great loss. I know when she left us she entered the kingdom of heaven with our Lord welcoming her into His eternal home. He gave us a gift to have loved a person who touched all our lives in her special way.
