I will keep my cousins Eddie and Bruce in my prayers. I am honor to know that they are apart of my family. Eddie and Bruce may the Lord keep you in his heart and may my cousin Vinne journey home to see his mom and dad and our Grandparents any his Aunt my mother Leona.

My high school weekend nights were filled with the pounding beat of the Motifs at the Middletown VFW hall. Vini was an amazing bass player. Our mutual friend Cindy Ciullo kept me abreast of Little Vini's life. I'm so sad to hear of his passing.

We grew up in a place and time that sparked so many good memories . Vinnie played a part of those memories. May the Lord give you solace in your time of sorrow

Sorry for the loss of a great musician and person who made us Freewood Acres fans always listening to the rock n roll.

I knew Vinny since I was a little girl- My brother was Ray of the Motifs and Vinny was always around making me laugh. I am so glad I got to see him again a few years back. He will be really missed. He is heaven playing his bass now. My sympathy to his family.

Dear Ed,
I was so sorry to hear of the passing of your brother Vinnie. I am sure he will be missed by a lot of people outside the family. My deepest sympathy to you and your family. Your friend, Chip

I was lucky to have known Vinnie as a young boy. He was so kind and cheerful. Vinnie was always welcomed when he would stop over, even though he was my brothers friend, the whole family liked him, even my Mom had a soft spot for him and it was a special treat when we could convince him to "play a little something". Vinnie will be warmly remembered and missed by so many, including my family. We haven't seen Vinnie in a long time but we've kept him in our thoughts. My heartfelt sympathies go out to his brothers Bruce and Eddie and his family of friends and loved ones, may your memories bring you comfort and peace. I'll find comfort remembering the fun of our younger years and Vinnie's wonderful smile!

He was an unassuming person who had a big heart and a gentle way. He was one of the finest musicians around.

Vinnie, also known as Little Vinnie will surely be missed. I had the honor of being in a band with him called Down The Line. We had played locally for about two years, and opened for Johnny Winter at The Count Basie Theatre in Red Bank, NJ. He was always smiling, and nothing ever got his goat. He was always pleasant even under the worst circumstances. My deepest sympathies go out to his brothers, Eddie, and Bruce. Rest in Peace my friend. I will see you again one day. Cal Vetrane

Those of us that got to hear him with the original Motifs at The Community Center all knew how special he was.Remembering the song Rock and Roll Heaven would certainly apply.
