So many great memories and laughs! Iced tea, the never-ending brownies in all those tins, the change over from "modern" (the curved sectional couch, the wall clock that made that weird grinding sound, autumn melamine plates, the room divider) to moving the wall for "country" (goodbye dining room), making her own polka dotted wallpaper with all those little circles she stuck on, "skin!!" at Thanksgiving, stuffed peppers, lasagna, Englebert & Bon Jovi, A Hard Days Night preview at midnight, her smiling face when she opened the door after hearing Auntie Lu honking the car horn as we pulled up in front of the house, trying to calm down Puddles, racing to get ready for Church on Sunday morning, dipping her feet in the wading pool with her socks on, her old blue stationwagon. I can just imagine them doubled over laughing in heaven right now!
