VIRGINIA G. SEIP
AGE: 77 WHOSE SON LIVES IN TINTON FALLS
Virginia G. Seip, 77, of Frenchtown, passed away Monday, Nov. 1, 2010, at the home of her son in Springtown, Pa. Born March 27, 1933 in Erwinna, Pa., Virginia lived in Frenchtown for most of her life. Virginia was a homemaker and worked as a chef for many years at The National Hotel in Frenchtown. She was also employed by Hunterdon Aluminum at one time. She attended Frenchtown Presbyterian Church, Frenchtown, and was a member of the American Legion Fidelity Post 113 Ladies Auxiliary in Frenchtown. Virginia enjoyed collecting antiques. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Daughter of the late Calvin and Mary (Gilmore) Bryan, Virginia's beloved husband, Raymond J. Seip, passed away in 1982. She is survived by her daughter, Winifred Kalnas and her husband James of Bloomsbury; three sons, Blair and his wife Hwa Ja of Tinton Falls, Daryll and his wife Melissa of Frenchtown, and Lorne Dale and his companion Marie of Springtown, Pa.; her brother, Myron "Dolly" Bryan of Upper Black Eddy, Pa.; 15 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchilden; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Duncan Seip, in 2004; and two brothers, David and Calvin Bryan.
Visitation will from 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 6 until the funeral services at 11 a.m. at the Johnson-Walton Funeral Home, 24 Church Road, Holland Township, with Pastor Patrick Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in Frenchtown Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Virgina's family, c/o Johnson-Walton Funeral Home, 24 Church Road, Milford, NJ 08848.
