AGE: 88 • Manchester
Wanda Dorothy Jenkins, 88, of Manchester, died Friday, February 14 at Manchester Manor. Born and raised in Linden, she lived in Ridgewood for 25 years before moving to Manchester 28 years ago. She worked as a bookkeeper for the Urology Group in Midland Park for 7 years and the University Society for 12 years, retiring in 1986. She was a communicant of St. John's Church in Lakehurst and was a member there of the Altar Rosary Society and the Third Order Carmelite Community. She is predeceased by her son Jay. She is survived by her loving husband, Jay Harry Jenkins; her son Wesley and wife Kyle of Austin Texas; her daughter in law Patricia Jenkins of Santa Monica, Ca; as well as her sister Lucille Gill of Texas. Funeral Liturgy will be 10 AM Friday, February 21 at St. John's Church with interment to follow at St. Mary of the Lake Cemetery, Lakewood.
