William Krean Obituary
Toms River
William J. "Bill" Krean, age 71, of Toms River, passed away January 6, 2017. Born in Lakewood, he lived in Beachwood before moving to Toms River in 1969.
He was a United States Army Veteran serving during Vietnam. First Air Calvary- Air Assault.
Bill was the former owner of Krean's Auto Body in Toms River for 29 years.
He was a member of the Ground Swipers Rod and Gun Club, avid bowler and former teacher at Toms River Vocational Technical School.
Surviving are his wife Christine Sherman Krean; his sons Chad and his wife Suzanne, and Ty and his wife Susan; brother Jimmy Rowe, and sister Barbara Dattoli. Also surviving are his grandchildren Cali, Aiden, Oliver, Candi, Christi, and Cara, and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Friday January 13, 2017 from 5-9 PM at Carmona-Bolen Home For Funerals, 412 Main St. Toms River, NJ 08753. In lieu of flowers, memorials contributions can be made to the Popcorn Park Zoo. Condolences can be sent to: www.carmonabolenfh.com.

I remember Mr krean. such a great guy Every time I came to the shop he always had a nice cold Coke for me you always had good conversations I think about them all the time

One the nicest guys I knew.... I worked for Billy for 8 years...he bought breakfast every Friday for the shop....he was just a good guy....wasn't just the boss we became friends....I left Kreans A/B in 1989...and the most impressive thing Billy and sons did was show up at my late wife Donna's viewing, 21 years later in 2010.....I will NEVER forget that....Billy was a sweetheart.....RIP willy.....
